Make a daily list of things that need to be done. Check off the list as you complete each task 2. Set time aside to play. You don’t have to give up summer fun completely, just make sure you finish your school work then schedule play time. 3. Don’t fall behind. It is so much easier to stay on top of things than to try and catch up. 4. Set a schedule to study early in the cool morning hours, so you have the best sun hours to play. 5. Take your laptop with you on vacation and schedule in study time. You might find this a relaxing break in your busy vacation schedule. 6. Write down your educational goals and why you signed up for classes to begin with. Keep it close to your computer so you can stay focused on the future. 7. Schedule your school work during the week so you have the weekends for fun in the sun. 8. To help stay focused during the warm hours take a short break and treat you to a cool indulgence. Did someone say Ice Cream! Enjoy the summer, but stay focused on the future. It will pay off in the long run!
