The Future Looks Bright For Medical Assistants

Written by Molly Howgill | Feb 24, 2016 9:00:00 AM

Good news for Pinnacle Career Institute’s Medical Assistant students!  Information from the Bureau of Labor Statistics states the following growth and key reasons to support it.

  • Employment for medical assistants is projected to grow 23 percent from 2014 to 2024.*
  • Expansive growth is attributed to the aging baby-boom population and their increased demand for preventive medical services.*
  • In order to adequately fulfill this need, physicians will need to hire more medical assistants to perform the administrative and clinical duties.*

At Pinnacle Career Institute, we create an educational environment to empower you with a hands-on learning in a setting that meets your needs.  Your course work will consist of anatomy & physiology, medical terminology, laws and ethics, and building hands-on skills to assist the physician.

Whether you’re in our program, graduated or thinking about joining, the future definitely looks bright for medical assistants!
