Below is a list of 10 questions you should ask during a first interview. 1. What skills and/or experience are you seeking for this position? 2. What are the daily responsibilities?   3. How long did the last person hold this position? 4. Is he or she still with the company? 5. Can you tell me about my direct supervisor? 6. Can you tell me about the team or department I’ll be working with? 7. Can you tell me about the company culture? 8. Are there any opportunities for growth? 9. Do you support continued education or training towards professional development? 10. What is the next step in the interviewing process? Some of these questions should help you advance to the next step, possibly land your dream job, or maybe even figure out that it’s not the right position for you.
